Job Description
System Administrator
Our prestigious multinatinonal partner is currently looking for English speaking candidates for the position System administrator.
Responsibilities:
– Windows XP / Windows 7 / windows server 2012 installation, configuration, troubleshooting
– Configure HP laser printers, replacing toners, basic troubleshooting
– Managing Print Queue (Access Control)
– Coordination with Dell, HP, AT&T, AVAYA, Cisco, Juniper to log the calls in case of any issue and provide remote hands as required
– Documentation: Change request, Access control logs, CCTV logs.6
– Installation and monitoring of Antivirus Server.
– Troubleshooting of active directory and manage user accounts
– Installation of Avaya IP phones
– Manage backup infrastructure
– Wallboard management and support
– Asset Management
– IT infrastructure Support to all teams
Qualifications:
– Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in Desktop support (Windows 7 installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
– Relevant experience in administering Microsoft server applications and systems
– Experience in configuring laser printers, replacing toners, basic troubleshooting.
– Basic network knowledge device configuration and security, including switches, routers and firewalls
– Experience with Microsoft System Center suite of tools is nice to have (SCOM, SCCM, DPM, SCVMM)
– Fluency in English
