As a Telemarketing Agent your responsibility will include:
o Detect new purchasing projects over the phone for Customer sales force: qualify new and already existing customers in the frame of telemarketing campaigns
o Handling customers requests and providing them with the necessary support
o Effective and professional verbal and written communication-both with internal and external customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers
o Collecting and reporting information based on sales request
