Location: Budapest
Job Description
Potion Media is looking for enthusiastic agents to join our existing B2B/B2C call centre. We are looking for candidates with vibrant personalities, with a keen attitude for success.
The role is mostly outbound based, however, some inbound duties may be required at times. This is a customer contact position with no selling involved.
Requirements
· Some experience in a customer service environment
· Confident telephone manner
· English language at fluent level
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office at basic level
· Non native speakers must have experience in either living, or working in an English speaking environment for at least 3 months
