Tasks
Managing the main global databases of customers and prices: uploading and maintaining data, corporate and private client’s profiles, prices, rates in systems.
Responding to customer and partner queries and documentation of action /resolution in relevant systems.
Providing administrative support to regional sales team.
Contributing to recognize the opportunities of improving processes.
Requirements
Min. high school education (University or College degree are an advantage).
Confident, fluent knowledge of French.
Additional minimum intermediate English knowledge (verbal, written).
Similar experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage but not a must.

Strong problem solving skills.
Collaborative approach.
Confident communication skills.
Logical and proactive thinking.
Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence.
